Backstage Meet & Greets
for Fan Club Members!
As a fan club member
you are eligible to meet Trace Adkins once per membership year. Please read
carefully on how to obtain your pass.
Meet & Greet Policy and Request Form (Effective February 1, 2005)
- All members of the Trace Adkins Fan Club
will receive ONE MEET AND GREET OPPORTUNITY PER
YEARLY MEMBERSHIP. MEET & GREETS ARE FOR FAN CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. SORRY NO
GUESTS ARE ALLOWED.
- To allow time for the receipt of the
membership kits and the return of the form below, ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST
ENTER THE FAN CLUB AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE SHOW
they wish to attend.
- Once a Month we will post the shows with
available meet and greets for the following month. An email will be sent
to all current Fan Club members to notify you of the updated selection.
You can also mail your request to TAFC Backstage Request, PO Box 121889,
Nashville TN 37212. You must use the form online. No other written
request will be acceptable.
- DUE TO THE DEMANDS OF TRACE, WE ARE
LIMITED TO TEN FAN CLUB MEMBERS PER SHOW. PASSES WILL BE RANDOMLY DRAWN
FROM VALID SUBMISSIONS.
- All forms must be completely filled out
with exact show date and location. In order for us to locate your name on
the computer, your name must read exactly as it does on your membership
card.
- If you are mailing your request. Your form must reach our office AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE SHOW YOU WISH TO ATTEND.
- Please do not include change of address,
renewals, orders, questions, etc. on this form. This is is for pass
requests only.
- When your request is received it will be verified on
the computer that no renewals are due. After this clearance, your name
will be put in the lottery for the date you requested. If you are chosen
you will be notified via email with all the details.
- If your pass is not used during your
current membership year, it cannot be carried over and used the
following year.
- PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE SHOW 90 MINUTES
PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. You can pick-up your pass at "will call" once
you arrive. You may be asked to show a PHOTO ID at will call. Passes
will be stamped with the current date and cannot be reused. Passes
cannot be used as admittance to the show nor do they give the holder any
special privileges in parking, discounts, etc.
- YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR MEMBERSHIP
CARD AT THE TIME OF THE MEET & GREET.
- Cameras are welcome backstage. Due to
copyright infringement laws, video cameras are not allowed in the halls,
therefore they cannot be brought backstage.
BACKSTAGE PASSES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT SOME SELECT SHOWS. (SEE
TOUR SCHEDULE) ONLY ONE MEMBER REQUEST PER FORM!
